BIM Modeler at Hoortash Arzhan Engineering Group, Iran Mall Project

As a Technical Office Expert in the BIM office at the Iran Mall project, I utilized Revit for modeling the structural frames and creating as-built models. Responsible for overseeing the modeling process, I ensured the integration and clash detection among the architectural, structural, and MEP Revit models. This role significantly enhanced my proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and deepened my understanding of BIM’s advantages in managing construction projects and contracts.
Project Management Assistant at Beton Shib Engineering Group, Eyvanak Project of Tejarat Bank
August 2021 – October 2021 (Tehran, Iran)
As an Assistant in the Project Management Office (PMO), I honed my skills in project control, including the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and revising project plans. This role was instrumental in enhancing my understanding of construction methodologies, particularly in the construction of concrete structures, through extensive site visits. I gained valuable experience working with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additionally, I collaborated with the Quality Control team, assisting in the laboratory with concrete tests and contributing to the concreting team on the project. As a Civil Engineer, I collaborated with my family’s engineering group to model a private residential apartment using Revit. I was involved in measuring and estimating the quantity takeoff and cost of the building by utilizing Excel, Revit, and AutoCAD. This experience proved invaluable in managing a project during the design phase, with the aid of BIM to enhance it and control costs, given the critical importance of time and cost management.

Starting as a Finance Manager, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s financial management systems, creating a specialized Excel form with VBA for automating financial control and warehousing operations. Transitioning to the Research and Development team, I led the initiative to develop new polymeric functional products suitable for the construction industry, such as spacers, concrete fibers, manholes, and other polymeric applications, by employing my project management and concrete technology expertise. My contributions to the company’s management and development efforts have culminated in my becoming a shareholder.
